My passion is helping people with real estate.   My goal is to help my customers experience the perfect real estate transaction which means accomplishing their goals without hassles and on time.

I have lived, worked, and raised a family in Northern Colorado since 1978.  There  certainly have been a lot of changes over that time.  I have been a Real Estate Broker in Colorado since 1984 working exclusively in property management until 1998 when I changed gears to residential listing and sales. I represent a local, award winning, custom & semi-custom builder and have a lot  experience with newly constructed home sales and purchase. Prior to 1984, I was a Broker in Illinois selling new and resale homes.

I have strong knowledge and extensive experience in getting homes sold & closed as well as helping to find the perfect home for Buyers.  I am a focused, trusted real estate advisor for all of Northern Cololrado including Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Berthoud, and Greeley market areas.

My Wife Bonnie is a retired elementary school teacher.  My Daughter Emily and her husband Ryan live in Northern Colorado and have 2 sons, Liam & Quin, and a daughter Elliana.  My Son Geoff and his partner Molly live in Boston and have a son Elan and a daughter Isla.
